Recently, the management committee of Liudong New District signed strategic cooperative framework agreement with the State Information Center. With the combination of government, industry, research and teaching, the two sides will focus on the new-generation information technology and conduct comprehensive strategic cooperation over nine aspects such as policymaking support, information service, talent training and policy research.

The nine aspects include: co-conducting research on major projects, jointly promoting emerging information technology industries, cooperation on construction of Beidou Information Technology Industrial Park, cooperation on planning of different kinds of “characteristic township”, jointly promoting the planning and construction of demonstration zones integrating city and industry, co-construction of Guangdong-Guangxi-Guizhou High-speed Railway Economic Belt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base, promoting the establishment of post-doctoral education mechanism, strengthening communication and cooperation of the two sides, and jointly promoting transformation of cooperation fruits.

On that day, cooperation agreements on Beidou Township planning, Dreamland Township planning were also officially signed, making their cooperation enter a new stage of jointly formulating plans of “characteristic township” development, investment project implementation, construction financing, and investor attracting.
