Guangxi Longtan Hospital starts using temporary negative-pressure ward

On February 25, the temporary negative-pressure ward project of Guangxi Longtan Hospital, which was built by nearly 1,000 builders in 15 days and nights, was officially completed and put into use. This marks that Liuzhou has a professional emergency hospital for major epidemics, which provides a solid medical support for Guangxi and Liuzhou to fight against COVID-19, and promotes the epidemic prevention and control as well as work resumption of the city.
The temporary negative-pressure ward of Guangxi Longtan Hospital, one of the eight designated emergency hospitals in Guangxi, was jointly built by Liuzhou Urban Construction Group, Hualan Design Group, Guangxi Construction Engineering Group Fifth Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and Liuzhou Jianliu Supervision Co., Ltd. The project covers a total area of 3,997 square meters. It is mainly constructed in the form of Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital, with 39 wards and 100 beds. All the wards are negative-pressure wards, with fresh air exhaust system and information platforms such as remote video conference and remote consultation.
