Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of pilot demonstration projects for industrial Internet in 2022. Three projects from Liuzhou were selected, including Industrial Internet Industry Cluster Park Project of Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and Industrial Internet Platform and Park / Industry Cluster Pilot Demonstration Project of Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone, ranking first in Guangxi in terms of project quantity.

It is reported that this is the second time that Liuzhou’s project has been selected as a pilot demonstration project for the industrial Internet by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology since the "Collaborative Application Project of Intelligent Networked Vehicle Infrastructure Based on Active Identification Technology of Industrial Internet" of Liuzhou Dongke Smart City Investment and Development Co., Ltd. was selected in 2020. Liuzhou New and High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Liudong New District) was selected as a park-type pilot demonstration area not only due to the good foundation laid by the previous vehicle networking project, but also because Liudong New District has transformed and upgraded through the support service mode, the operation mode and the industrial structure of "Internet+", so as to consolidate its advantages in the automobile industry chain, and build an economic growth pole.
