Recently, in the workshop of a precision steel tube manufacturing company located in Baolu Industrial Park, Liubei District, Liuzhou City, raw materials were processed and conveyed to the intelligent production line for precision steel tube manufacturing. After a series of production processes, the finished products entered the packaging area, where workers placed the precision steel tubes into custom-made wooden boxes for export to Southeast Asian countries.

According to the company, the construction of the workshop for precision steel tube manufacturing started in November 2021. The workshop covers an area of 37 mu, with a building area of 2,500 square meters. It was completed and put into trial operation in February of this year. The designed annual production capacity is 30,000 tons of precision steel tubes, with an annual output value of over 200 million yuan. The company involves in the research, development, manufacturing, processing and service of precision seamless steel tubes. Its products are widely used in the automobile, motorcycle and engineering machinery industries, and are exported to Africa, Europe and other regions as supporting components for original equipment manufacturers.
