Starting from July 14, brand-new mixer trucks have been dispatched one after another from the front gate of Sinotruk Liuzhou YunLi Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinotruk Liuzhou Yunli”). A total of 100 vehicles is heading to the Pingxiang YouyiguanPass (Friendship Pass) on the China-Vietnam border, lining up for customs clearance before being delivered to customers in Vietnam.

These vehicles will soon contribute to the construction of highways, railways and real estate projects in Vietnam, showcasing the strength and quality of Liuzhou-made commercial vehicles in supporting ASEAN development.

“Thanks to Vietnam’s accelerated urbanization and the boom in infrastructure investment, since the beginning of this year our mixer trucks, dump trucks, and dump semi-trailers have continuously received bulk orders,” said Chen Guang, the company’s sales manager in Vietnam. He told reporters that the company has been deeply engaged in the Vietnamese market for many years, and these orders come not only from long-standing clients but also from new customers attracted by its strong reputation.

“The usage scenarios in Vietnam are similar to those in Guangxi, but the regulations and standards for automobile products differ slightly. Therefore, we have made adjustments in areas such as lightweight design to better adapt our products to the local environment,” said Chen Guang. He noted that, unlike the common practice of shipping vehicles in containers, these mixer trucks had to drive “themselves” to their destinations. This long journey also served as their very first test after rolling off the production line.

“In the first half of this year, our company exported more than 1,600 commercial vehicles, setting a new record for the same period,” said Liu Huan, Director of the company’s Market Management Office. Liu noted that as Chinese automobiles continue to gain influence in international markets, Sinotruk Liuzhou Yunli’s export performance has been climbing steadily. In addition to the ASEAN market represented by Vietnam, the company has also expanded into Australia, Armenia, the Middle East, and other countries and regions.
