Upon entering, the reporter was greeted by the intelligent LCD operation console and the real-time dynamic digital workshop management screen, while the production line was operating at full speed. Gao Bing, general manager of the company, shared with the reporter on-site: "Since the start of this year, with the launch of new projects, our production capacity has surged. We are now able to produce over 8,600 sets of new energy vehicle wiring harnesses each month."

In the manufacturing sector of the automotive "nervous system"—low-voltage wiring harnesses for new energy vehicles—Wenyuan Electric has achieved significant acceleration this year. Leveraging digital workshops and advanced intelligent equipment, the company consistently maintains production precision within 0.1mm, achieving an impressive product pass rate of 99.9%. With a surge in orders, particularly from new projects like BAIC in the second half of the year, the company has entered a full-speed sprint phase. Gao Bing remarked, "This year's annual output value is expected to exceed 210 million yuan, up by 145% year on year."

The explosive increase in production capacity is driven by advanced equipment and efficient management, reflecting the company's long-standing dedication to technological innovation and digital empowerment. Since being recognized as a specialized, refine, characteristic and novel SME at the autonomous region level in August this year, Wenyuan Electric has further accelerated its market expansion. Its products now serve multiple automakers, including Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, BAIC Arcfox, Foton, and Chery.

"With 2026 on the horizon, the company plans to concentrate on delivering exceptional service to its key existing customers while actively pursuing orders for new vehicle models," Gao Bing stated. The company will maintain its emphasis on technological innovation and process optimization, further expanding its presence in areas like electrical systems for new energy vehicles.
