Workers are assembling instrument panels.

In the automotive supply chain, the instrument panel assembly acts as the vehicle’s “central control hub”, bringing together safety, interaction, and comfort. As a core supplier of this critical component, Liuzhou Drinda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to asDrinda”) made a major breakthrough in 2025 through continuous technological innovation and market expansion, delivering an impressive annual output value of 770 million yuan.

Recently, the reporters visited the company’s production facility, where the entire production line was running at full capacity. Each instrument panel assembly goes through a complete process, from injection-molded frames and soft foam filling to precision welding and final assembly. Robotic arms swung rhythmically as workers skillfully assembled and inspected components, creating a scene of busy yet orderly activity. According to the company, the workshop has a maximum daily output of 400 units, ensuring stable order fulfillment for downstream OEMs.

“Over the past year, we have systematically optimized both materials and processes with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement,” said Cao Tongyang, Director of the company’s General Office. Through a series of measures, including adopting new polymer materials, optimizing mold designs, and adjusting injection molding parameters, the company has enhanced product strength and lightweight performance while simultaneously improving production efficiency and cost control. Since becoming a strategic supplier to Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor in 2014, Drinda has built a complete process chain covering injection molding, foaming, welding, and assembly, giving it the solid manufacturing capabilities that underpin its growth.

These technological breakthroughs have opened the door to broader market opportunities. In 2025, the company achieved mass production of a new right-hand drive cockpit module project, a milestone that officially demonstrated its ability to serve overseas right-hand drive markets and integrate into Liuzhou’s automotive export strategy. The breakthrough has not only brought new growth drivers to the company but also positioned it to play a more active role in the global expansion of Liuzhou’s automotive industry.

A company’s steady development relies on a supportive local environment. As one of the first enterprises in Luzhai County to receive the “Lushang Card” Zijin Card, Drinda benefits from fast-track services in administrative approval, taxation, and other areas. In 2025, the company was named one of the “Top 100 Private Enterprises of Liuzhou for 2024”. Backed by the local “seven batches” working mechanism, the company has gained even stronger development momentum.
